Gederson Barrera Castillo

Gederson is a sweet boy from Guatemala. He likes to play with toy cars and his favorite sport is soccer. His biggest dream is to graduate school! Gederson comes from a broken family, living with his single mother, one younger brother, and his maternal grandparents. Gederson's father still helps to support the boys as much as he can but while his mother does not have a job due to having to take care of the still young children, his family is not able to afford education. Gederson's mother hopes that her children can attend the student center so that they can receive a Christ-centered education and learn about the love of God.
