Sharmin Akter
Sharmin is a friendly young girl in Bangladesh who lives with her mother and father and four siblings. Sharmin loves playing with friends and wants to be a police officer when she grows up. Along with meeting the child's physical and educational needs, children at the Gunagori Child Development Center take part in gardening projects, learn to read in their native tongue, and most importanly learn about Jesus. Sponsorship for Sharmin would change her life for the glory of God. Not only will her basic needs be met, but she will learn about the gospel and be discipled by a loving community.
