Some of AMG's national leaders live and minister in areas where Christians are at risk. In order to not jeopardize their safety and security, the identities have been obscured. V.N states, "When I was studying in the 10th grade I became bedridden and paralyzed. Even though my parents offered sacrifices and vows to all gods, it was of no use and I could only lie on my back. One day some pastors came to our village and prayed for me. They read from Matthew 9:1. It was then that I surrendered my life to Jesus and began praying and reading the Bible regularly. Within six months I read through the Word. My faith increased and soon I was completely healed. I later confessed my sins and received Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. I was appointed an elder in the Church. I worked for 15 years on the railways." Some years later V.N. was called to full-time ministry. He obeyed the Lord's call, left his job and began his ministry. Sixty members are now attending the church he planted. Two of his three sons are also serving the Lord. V.N continues visiting the sick and works for the salvation of people living in remote villages. He performs water baptisms for new believers. V.N. is married to a devoted and faithful wife.
