Some of AMG's national leaders live and minister in areas where Christians are at risk. To not jeopardize their safety and security, the identities have been obscured in online material. I.H. is a pastor living and serving in a high-risk area of Asia. I.H. was born into a very poor family. Unable to afford feeding the entire family, his father sold I.H. to their landlord. I.H. was forced to work 18 hours a day with very few provisions. One day, I.H. heard a pastor preach about how Jesus has paid all of our debts and is ready to give us a life that lasts forever. I.H. asked the pastor questions and accepted Christ. His family was eventually able to pay off all the debts that were owed to the landlord, and I.H. was freed. Knowing that Jesus had freed him both spiritually and physically, I.H. joined a Bible school and has now been serving Christ for over a decade. Despite the dangers, I.H. loves speaking to people who are following false deities and bringing them into a relationship with Christ.
