Kisaazi Godfrey

Kisaazi is a pastor in Uganda. As a young orphan, Kisaazi and his two friends took a job making bricks so that he could afford to eat. However, a life of poverty without parental figures quickly led him to a lifestyle involving drugs and other illegal behaviors. At the age of 18, he attended a Christian event in his village, so that he could get a free meal. He heard the Gospel that night, and his entire life changed. He repented of his sins and accepted Christ as his personal savior. He helped plant a church in his village, and four years later accepted a role as the pastor. Kisaazi is now married with seven children, and he thanks the Lord for giving him the home life and family that he did not have growing up.
