Some of AMG’s National Leaders live and minister in areas where Christians are at risk. In order to not jeopardize their safety and security, the identities have been obscured.

“I was born and raised in a pastor’s family. Gradually I came to the understanding that this was not enough for me to be saved, and realized I needed to have a personal relationship with God. On Good Friday in 1984, I was deeply touched by a sermon regarding the passions of Christ. I finally realized that He died on the cross for me. I prayed for forgiveness and thanked Christ for His sacrifice for me. That was the day of my new birth.” 

Pastor SNB goes on to say, “After I was born again – even during communist times – I was secretly enrolled in biblical education courses. As time passed, I realized that the Lord was preparing me for teaching and pastoral ministry. Since then, I have been teaching hundreds of young believers. It brings me great joy seeing them grow in their faith and join in various kinds of ministry. Many of them are now serving as pastors, Sunday school teachers, youth leaders and Christian counselors. Lately, I’ve been teaching a course on Spiritual Growth, as there are many believers in need of mentorship. The results make me happy because I see God working in their lives. I intend to continue this ministry into the future as the need remains great, and God is blessing my efforts.”
