Pastor Nemecio "Noi", leads the ministry efforts in the Philippines as the executive director, providing vision and leadership to advance the mission. In addition to his leadership role, he also pastors a local church where he is actively involved in discipling his congregation and serving in both the children and student ministries. His heart is to see lives transformed through the love of Christ and the power of the Gospel.
