Dalli is a sweet, young girl living in a small Hindu village. She lives with her father, mother, grandmother and sister. Dalli’s father is an auto-driver, but his income is very sporadic. Her mother is a stay-at-home-mom. Due to the economic hardships they’ve faced, Dalli’s parents have been unable to purchase the required school supplies and uniform to send Dalli and her sister to school. Dalli’s parents want her and her sister to attend AMG Residential School so they can receive a great education. Her favorite subject is mathematics and she loves to run and skip. Her favorite food is lemon rice. Your sponsorship would mean so much to Dalli and her family. Please consider sponsoring Dalli and providing her with the opportunity to hear the Gospel daily!

Visakhapatnam Child Development Center

The Visakhapatnam Child Development Center shines the light of the Gospel in communities impacted by other religions. Twice a day children hear from God?s Word and have times of prayer. In addition, the staff provides children with nutritious meals, school uniforms and supplies, educational assistance, and medical treatment. Children are encouraged to attend Sunday School where they are taught the truth of Christianity. Once a week students are also taught Bible lessons at the center.

India

India is a large country in South Asia. The majority of the population follows Hinduism and Islam, but there are many Christians as well. Many residents are very poor and suffer from diseases such as HIV/AIDS and leprosy. Alcoholism is prevalent and children often come from broken families due to divorce. India sometimes experiences droughts and intense heat making the need for clean water very important. The caste system was technically abolished, but its remnants still affect many in society today.
