Kenya Bible College

Across Kenya, many pastors are faithfully leading churches with little or no formal biblical training. Most are bi-vocational, serving their congregations while also farming or working other jobs to provide for their families. They have a deep desire to shepherd God’s people, but many lack access to sound theological education.

Kenya Bible College exists to equip these pastors with biblical knowledge, practical ministry training, and gospel-centered leadership skills while allowing them to continue serving in their local churches.

Pastors gather on campus for periodic training sessions that allow them to continue caring for their congregations and supporting their families while receiving theological education. While there, students receive classroom instruction, course materials, study resources, lodging, meals, and Bibles when needed. The curriculum is accredited in East Africa and leads toward a diploma.

Students are recruited through AMG’s regional and national pastor training conferences, where relationships are built with pastors across the country. Graduates remain connected to AMG’s pastor network through ongoing conferences, refresher trainings, fellowship, and future opportunities to help train others.

By training one pastor, the impact reaches an entire congregation. A class of 70 to 100 pastors has the potential to strengthen the biblical foundation of 7,000 to 10,000 congregants, helping churches grow in truth, maturity, and faithful witness to Christ.
