Some of AMG's national leaders live and minister in areas where Christians are persecuted for their faith.  In order to not jeopardize their safety and security, the identities of this faithful couple and their four children have been changed for this web description.

YB shares, "I was born into a Christian family and attended Sunday worship services. When an evangelist came to my village and preached on Acts 2:38 the Holy Spirit touched my heart. I knew that until then I had not understood what it means to be a Christian. I repented of my sins and accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior and Lord. I was soon baptized and began regularly attending services."

YB later attended Bible training for two years and following graduation he began preaching the Gospel in a small village. He also constructed a small church where 150 members now worship.  

His wife is a devoted and faithful woman who, with her husband, conducts thanksgiving prayer meetings in the surrounding villages. She also leads women's Bible studies in the church. The couple visit the sick and, work to aid people in their spiritual journey, and distribute Christian literature in the villages.
