Mike Petkof

Mike came to faith in Christ as a young child through the Good News Club ministry led by his parents and later recommitted his life to following Christ wholeheartedly as a young adult. God used the tragic loss of several young people to suicide, along with Mike's own experiences of being bullied, to give him a deep burden for hurting teenagers and young adults who need hope in Christ. For the past several years, he has served in youth centers, church youth ministries, camps, refugee ministry, and discipleship, faithfully investing in the lives of young people. He will continue to focus on mentoring, discipling, and evangelizing youth and teenagers in Thessaloniki while partnering with local churches and outreach ministries. Mike and his wife, Iro, who serves with CEF, are committed to reaching the next generation with the Gospel and helping young people grow into mature followers of Christ.
