Diego is a young boy studying in the third grade. He has two siblings and lives with his family in a house built with block walls and a tin roof. Diego’s father works as a tailor, and his mother is a housewife who sometimes sells fruit in the market to supplement the family income. They need help to provide for Diego’s education. Diego’s favorite class is math. He likes to exercise, and hopes to become a PE teacher one day. Your sponsorship will provide Diego with meals, educational assistance, and sound Bible teaching. Thank you!

Guatemala is the most populated country in Central America. The majority religion is Christianity and is primarily Roman Catholic. Families in Guatemala suffer from many difficult circumstances such as drug use, alcoholism, physical violence, broken homes, and malnourishment. Often children are forced to begin working at an early age. Many families are extremely poor, live in small dilapidated homes and don’t make enough to provide for their physical needs.
