Tasos Ioannidis
President & CEO
Anastasios (Tasos) Ioannidis came to AMG International in 1989, serving as Information Technologies Director, Assistant to former President Dr. Spiros Zodhiates, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer before becoming president of the organization in 2013. Tasos holds a B.S. from Boston University, an M.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and an M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He and his wife, Margarita, have two children.

William S. (Bill) Hardin
Chairman of the Board | Atlanta, GA
Bill and his wife, Judy, have three daughters. Bill is the owner of Metro Home Products Company, providing shutters, windows, shower doors, etc., to residential builders. Bill has an M.A. in Accounting from the University of Alabama and a B.S. in Business Administration from Samford University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.

Robert (Bob) Yoe
Vice Chairman | Chattanooga, TN
Since 2013 Bob has been founder and chairman of FITS Technologies. From 2000 – 2013, Bob was the Chairman and CEO of Crescent, Inc. He was President and CEO of DeSoto Hosiery Mills from 1990-2000. Bob has an M.S.B.A. from the University of Southern California, an M.B.A. from Chapel Hill, NC, a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and he attended Birmingham Theological Seminary. He has served on executive boards for Save a Life (Ft. Payne, AL), The International Hosiery Association, various other textile boards, Lifeshape, Impact 360, and the SPCA. Bob and his wife, Beth, have two adult children and seven grandchildren.

George Kefalas
Secretary / Treasurer | Pasadena, CA
George is the owner of G.M. Kefalas Investments in Pasadena, CA. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in French. He is a lay minister and board officer of the Greek Evangelical Church of Los Angeles. His wife, Anna, grew up in an AMG International orphanage in Greece. George is a Certified Property Manager, and is involved in residential and commercial real estate sales and management.

Tony Andrews
Tony Andrews has been involved in International Ministry for the last 15 years with an emphasis on encouraging and training Pastors. In connection with that, he has led Pastor training events in the United States, Venezuela, Kenya, and Nepal. In addition, he has made two trips in support of AMG ministry teams in Thailand as well as a trip to Indonesia in 2018. Tony holds a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership Studies from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He Joined the Board of AMG in 2019.

Dr. David V. Chigurupati
Branchburg, NJ
Dr. Chigurupati is a retired medical doctor from Andhra Pradesh, India. At the invitation of Dr. Spiros Zodhiates, Dr. Chigurupati worked with him to help establish AMG International’s ministry in India. Dr. Chigurupati lives in Branchburg, NJ, and remains active in evangelistic and conference ministries with Telugu immigrants from India. He is past president of the National Association of Asian Indian Christians in the USA Inc., and is the elder-in-charge of the Telugu Christian Fellowship of New Jersey.

James (Jim) Everett
New Stanton, PA
Jim and Drew Everett live in New Stanton, PA, where they attend a Christian and Missionary Alliance church. They have two children, Joel (deceased) and Elizabeth, who lives in South Carolina. Jim graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in mechanical engineering and is retired after 28 years as a nuclear engineer for Westinghouse Electric. For a number of years, Jim and Drew have volunteered with AMG International in Uganda three to six months each year doing discipleship, pastor training, child evangelism, carpentry, and many other tasks. Jim has served on the AMG International Board of Directors since 2007.

Symeon Ioannidis
Chattanooga, TN
Symeon graduated from the Katerini Bible Institute in Greece in 1960, after which he and his wife, Anna, served as AMG International national leaders at “O Logos” (The Word) Christian bookstore. Before coming to the United States, Anna also served at AMG International’s St. Luke’s Hospital in Thessaloniki, Greece. In 1980, AMG International’s then-president Dr. Spiros Zodhiates invited them to move to the United States to serve as coordinator of AMG International’s ministries among Greeks. Since then, he has served at AMG International headquarters in Chattanooga, TN.

Paul Jenks
Southeast Asia
Paul is originally from Grand Rapids, MI, and holds an M.S. degree from the University of Detroit and a Bachelor’s degree from Taylor University in Indiana. While at Taylor, he met his wife, Lois, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Spiros Zodhiates. Upon the retirement of Dr. Zodhiates in 2005, Paul became president of AMG International, following his role as CEO of the organization since 1996. In 2013, Paul and his wife entered the mission field, strongly desiring to return to Asia after having served as an AMG International missionary in Thailand for 15 years. He continues supporting AMG International in the role of Vice President of Asian Outreach.

George Kaloterakis
Thessaloniki, Greece
George Kaloterakis graduated from the Faculty of Economic and Political Sciences of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with post graduate studies in Management of Credit risk and Economic analysis. For 32 years he worked in the banking sector. During the last 6 years of his banking career he has been serving as Bank manager in a corporate unit department at the Industrial area of Thessaloniki (Sindos). Since 2011 he has been serving as finance consultant at St. Luke’s Hospital. He is the lay minister of the Independent Evangelical Church of Thessaloniki. George and his wife Vicky have two adult children.

Dr. Demosthenes Katsarkas
Thessaloniki, Greece
Dr. Katsarkas graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1958. He specialized in internal medicine and was given the position of assistant at the university. In 1968, he earned a doctoral degree from the Medical School of the University of Thessaloniki, and was named Professor of Contagious Diseases in the School of Health of the Technical Institute of Thessaloniki, a position he kept until 1999. He was the key to the establishment and operation of AMG International’s St. Luke’s Hospital, where he is the General Director. Since 1968, Dr. Katsarkas has been the pastor of the Greek Free Evangelical Church in Thessaloniki.

Carl Willis
Chattanooga, TN
Reverend Carl Willis has served as the Children’s and Family Pastor at Woodland Park Baptist Church since December 2014. He previously served almost 30 years in the Children’s Homes ministry working with abused and neglected children. He holds a B.A. in Religion from the University of Georgia. He received his MDiv with Languages degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He became an ordained minister on July 25, 1982. He is married to Chris and they have two adult children and four grandchildren.

Brian Dennett
President of Engagement
Brian joined AMG International in 2008, as a missionary serving as President for AMG’s ministry in Guatemala. Brian studied Business Administration and held executive-level positions with the Spring Air Company and Sears, Roebuck and Company, while actively serving in lay leadership with his local church. He serves on the board of several evangelical ministries and has a passion for bringing Christian organizations and leaders together to share in building the Kingdom. Brian and his wife, Mary, have six children (Abigail, Jordan, Aaron, Brody, Eve and Micah) and two grandchildren (Reuben and Dahlia).

Kim Lyell
Human Resources Manager and Executive Assistant to the President
Kim Lyell has served with AMG International in various roles since 1992, most recently as Human Resources Manager and Assistant to the President. She and her husband, David, have two adult children.

Theresa A. Davis
Senior Director of Advancement
Theresa has served in senior leadership and executive-level positions for more than ten years of her 25 years of experience in the non-profit industry and ministry including hospice, healthcare, and child welfare. A Chattanooga girl at heart, she attended Chattanooga State Community College and the University of Chattanooga.

Bill Passons
Chief Operating Officer | International Ministries
Bill Passons has served with AMG International since 2009. Bill and his family recently returned from Southeast Asia where Bill served as the Regional Coordinator. Bill and his, wife, Dana have four children, Electra, Tucker, Major and Mark.

Stephen Turner
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Turner joined AMG International in 2013 after spending 15 years with Kardex Remstar, Inc. as their Vice President of Finance and Administration. Stephen is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Houghton College and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern Maine. Stephen and his wife, Beth, have two children, Erin and Joel, and live in Ooltewah, TN.
